The Kenneth suite is a ground floor suite with private entrance from front porch. The suite features hardwood floor, artwork, and other furnishings representing Historic Hinton and Hinton's place as a railway culture. The private bathroom features universal design accommodations.

The most romantic of the three suites, the Rosemary is carpeted and hosts a small sitting area overlooking Courthouse Park and the Veterans Memorial. The Rosemary Suite bath includes a  Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double bowl vanity.

Furnished with pictures from Hinton's past, the Kathleen Suite is the largest suite featuring a queen size bed, sofa bed, and a triple floor length mirror. The additional bedroom provides adequate privacy from the master suite and has twin beds. The separate bath, serving both rooms in the Kathleen Suite, includes a shower/tub combination and a large vanity. The Timberlake Room is a formal meeting area with accommodations for the business community.  The kitchen and wet bar area are adjacent to the Timberlake Room, as well as the Garden Room.  The large conference/dining table seats 12 guests while additional seating is available around the perimeter.  A window seat, grandfather clock and flat panel television provide an inviting atmosphere for both formal and corporate events.

The dining table seats ten comfortably and is perfect for receptions or business meetings.

The Garden Room is a casual meeting area for less formal meetings. It, too, is adjacent to the kitchen and wet bar. This sunny room features floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as skylights. French doors exit to the deck from the Garden Room where outdoor seating and space is abundant for entertaining.
